Job Description: Hiring For Executive/ Sr Executive Store- Clinical Research BA/BE in Jubilant Generics Limited !
Processing of purchase requisitions in SAP as per approved indents by R&D Head/GL, keeping records of maintenance (AMC)
Automated inventory systems maintenance and regular inventory control over stored items.
Creation of RGP/NRGP in the SAP and create a records of the same
Creation of the STO for inter/intra location transfers of the material
Knowledge on guidelines and regulations for the proper and safe storage of chemicals, Equipment and glassware.
Monitor chemical inventory on day-to-day basis and as per the NFPA guidelines
Maintain chemical stock management, reconciliation and establish periodical monitoring mechanism.
Disposal of expired chemicals time to time to ensure safety risk.
Annual stock taking of the materials available in R&D for submission to finance department
Utilizes an understanding of chemical reactivity to assure compliance with all applicable safety regulations and standards by storing reagents in the proper manner (at room temperature, at very cold temperatures, in a nitrogen atmosphere, in a hood, etc.)
Safely disposing of hazardous waste generated by the Department, (in coordination with the EHS Manager), and keeping accurate records, including Material Safety Data Sheets, of receipt, storage, and disposition of reagents.
Knowledge of GWP
Chemicals ordering/Indenting
Chemical indenting, chemical receiving, inspection, physical unloading, storage, distribution, delivery and maintenance of stocked items.
MRN of the invoices received by the scientists
