1) Asst. Manager/ Senior Executive QC

Education: M.Sc. – Chemistry Exp: 4 to 8 Years in API Pharma Industry

Must have knowledge of cGMP, USFDA, FSSC- 22000, NABL. IPQA & Documentation activities. Experience of handling, calibration of all QC instruments, compliances of 21 CFR Part-11 and troubleshooting related to QC analytical instrument.

1) Shift Incharge – Production

Edu: BE – Chemical Exp: 4-8 years in Chemical & API Pharma Industry

Experience & knowledge of operation of pumps, compressors, blowers, safety valves & control valves, exposure in preparing SOPs, experience in DCS/PLC based control systems and awareness about ISO 9001, 14001, 45001.

2) Chemist Production

Education: B.Sc / Diploma Exp: 3 to 6 Years in Chemical & API Pharma Industry

Experience of reaction, autoclave, hydrogenation, filling of BPR, safety compliances, log sheets, distillation/MEE operation, filtration & maintain process parameters, troubleshooting & awareness of ISO 9001, 14001, 45001

3) DCS Officer Production

Education: Diploma Chemical / B.Sc. Chemistry Exp: 3-5 years in API Pharma / Intermediate

Well versed with different Unit Operations (Reaction, Distillation, Crystillation, Evaporation, Drying, Packing). Operational knowledge of DCS – Emerson Delta-Material Handling – Ammonia, Sulfuric Acid, Caustic, Ethanol, Nitrogen. Good Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)

1) Sr. Engineer / Engineer / Asst. Foreman Instrumentation

Education: BE / Diploma / ITI Instrumentation

Exp: 4 -8 years in Pharma , chemical & Power Plant

Knowledge of calibration & maintenance practices for DCS/PLC/SCADA & SIS. SMART, FF & pneumatic field instruments. Knowledge of Instrumentation engineering functions related to plant process and operations.

2) Asst. Foreman – Electrical

Education : Diploma / ITI Electrician Exp: 4 to 6 years in Chemical and Pharma Industry

Knowledge & Experience on maintenance of transformer, Motor and protection relays. Maintenance of FLP Electrical Equipment. Loto System implementation
