Roles and Responsibilities
1. Manage overall project coordination with cross functional teams,should focus on ensuring timely delivery of all projects with in the highest quality output.
2. Preparing project plan and circulating it to all the stake holders of adherence.
3. Keeping external and internal customers informed of progress from time to time.
4. Tracking projects to ensure adherence-problem solving to crash timelines where possible.
5. Prepare and present the status of queries for weekly MIS and monthly all hands meetings to update senior management on progress.
