We are Hiring: Manager / Senior Manager – Project Management (Formulations) 🚀

Laurus Labs Ltd is looking for a dynamic, results-driven leader to join our team at Unit-02 (Formulations), Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam.

📌 Role: Manager / Senior Manager – Project Management
📍 Location: Unit-02, Atchutapuram, Visakhapatnam
🏭 Facility Focus: Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) Formulation Manufacturing

🎓 Educational & Professional Eligibility:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.

A qualification/certification in Project Management (PMP, Prince2, or equivalent) would be an advantage.

16-20 years of relevant pharmaceutical industry experience, preferably in OSD formulation manufacturing, CMO/CDMO, technology transfer, or pharmaceutical project management.

Strong experience in managing customer-facing pharmaceutical projects.

Experience in managing projects involving technology transfer, scale-up, validation, and commercial manufacturing is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Governance: Drive the execution of CMO/CDMO projects from initiation through commercial scale-up, ensuring strict adherence to timelines and customer expectations.

Primary Client Interface: Serve as the single point of contact for international and domestic clients, managing expectations and building strong partnerships.

Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate seamlessly with internal R&D, Tech Transfer, Production, QA, QC, and Supply Chain teams to eliminate project bottlenecks.

What We Are Looking For:

Core experience in Pharmaceutical Project Management within an OSD manufacturing setup.

Deep understanding of Technology Transfer (TT) processes and regulatory requirements.

Exceptional stakeholder management, multi-project handling capabilities, and sharp communication skills.
