Job Description

 Primary Job Responsibilities: –

To perform Water testing, Bioburden test for validation samples, raw material, and product.

To perform GPT of prepared as well as ready to use media.

To perform culture suspension and Sub culturing of standard culture and in-house isolates.

To perform Media Preparation and maintain its stock record.

To perform EM Trends.

Cleaning and Disinfection of the controlled areas, Sink, shoes and carboy cleaning.

Daily pH, Balance calibration and temperature, humidity and D / P Recording.

Operation of Microbiology equipment and maintain uses log (Autoclave, DHS, etc.).

Preparation of environmental monitoring trends.

Calibration activities related to microbiology dept.

Identification of EM isolates and preparation of Microbial Library for in house isolate       identified from water and environmental monitoring samples.

Preparation of Glycerol stock

To ensure online documentation as per GMP requirements.

Incubation of exposed Bl from autoclave validation and result recording.

To prepare and ensure the disinfectant required for the routine use.

Preparation of Microbiology related SOP’s/STP’s/EOP’s/ Validation protocol and Report and Handling of LIR, Change Control, Deviation and CAPA
