We are looking for Process Maintenance – Mechanical candidates to join our Manufacturing Plant located in Mandideep (Bhopal, MP).

• Grade: Associate / Jr. Officer
• Experience: 3 to 6 Years in Formulation in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.

Job Description:

1. Preventive maintenance activity of manufacturing and packing equipment of oral formulation as per schedule.

2. Breakdown maintenance activity of manufacturing and packing equipment of oral formulation.

3. Login on machine during breakdown and preventive maintenance.

4. Periodic requalification activity of manufacturing and packing equipment as per schedule.

5. Equipment panel cleaning as per schedule.

6. Discoloration verification as per schedule.

7. Individual shift handling and coordination with production team for smooth operation.

8. Support for contractual utility maintenance person during second and third shift.

9. Facility up keep as per monthly schedule and buffing of equipment.

10. Qualification of equipment of process as well as HVAC.

11. Familiar with Regular QMS activity.

12. Having good knowledge of SAP PM and procurement.
