Job description
Your Role
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting & guiding API supply planners in completing monthly Supply Planning activities i.e. to plan & implement feasible production plans based on capacity & material availability.
- Monitoring RM / PM inventory of all API plants & procurement OTIF.
- Guiding supply planners for RM /PM inventory norms, and campaign sizes for all API plants. To collate & review MTP presentations for Strategy Council.
- Helping supply planners to maintain proper system hygiene for FG / SFG masters, resource masters, BOMs, recipe & production versions.
- Collating presentations for S&OP & Strategic S&OP meetings, noting down key decisions & circulate minutes of meetings.
- Essential Skills – Analytical ability, SAP proficiency, effective communication skills, ability to understand & work around constraints, ability to provide central support to execution activities.
Must Have
- A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in supply planning API
- A degree/ master’s degree in M.Sc Chemistry / BE Chemistry / PGDBM / MBA or allied subjects
- Strong domain knowledge of the pharma sector globally.
- Must have hands-on experience in the API business.
- Good in people management
- Proficiency in dealing with complex business scenarios.
- Hands-on with data & analytics
