Roles and Responsibilities
Formulation Development of Injectable products likes solutions, Lyop Products, Complex products like – peptides/ Iron Based products along with it’s characterization understanding for regulated market e.g USA and Europe.
To carry out product development trails, process optimization trails, scale up and exhibit batches at manufacturing plant.
Literature search of new products, to conduct pre formulation studies, other studies like Tubing studies, compatibility studies and filter studies.
Preparation of product development protocols, QbD/ Risk assessment documents, technology transfer documents and product development reports.
Ability to carry out investigations, troubleshooting exercises related to development, scale-up and exhibit batches.
Requires good oral and written communication skills.
