Hiring: HR Executive (Statutory Compliance & Operations)

Key Responsibilities->

​Statutory Compliance: Ensure 100% adherence to the Factories Act, CLRA (Contract Labour Regulation and Abolition Act), EPF, ESIC, and other applicable labor laws.

Payroll Administration: Execute end-to-end payroll processing using SAP SuccessFactors.

​Time Office Management: Oversee daily attendance, shift management, and leave records for a large-scale workforce.

​Contractor Management: Handle monthly billing verification for vendors and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

Audit Readiness: Maintain all registers and documentation required for internal and external statutory audits.

​Experience: 6 to 10 years of core HR operations experience in a factory/manufacturing setup.

​Technical Skills: Proficiency in SuccessFactors is mandatory.

​Expertise: Deep knowledge of Madhya Pradesh labor rules and CLRA regulations.

​Availability: Immediate joiners are highly preferred.

​Location: Must be willing to work on-site in Pithampur.
