• 📍 Location: Pithampur, Madhya Pradesh
• 👩‍🔬 Position: Officer – Microbiology

Are you experienced in sterile microbiological practices, especially in ophthalmic formulations? Join our team at Lupin!

• 🎓 Qualification: M.Sc Microbiology
• 🧪 Experience: 2 to 6 years in sterile microbiology (Ophthalmic preferred)

🔧 Key Skills & Responsibilities:

• • Sterile area monitoring and microbiological testing
• • Handling of ophthalmic dosage forms
• • Environmental monitoring, water system validation, and sterility testing
• • Compliance with USFDA & MHRA regulatory standards

📌 Pre-Requisites for Interview:

• 60% marks mandatory if experience < 5 years

• All previous relieving/experience letters required

• • B. Pharma / M.Sc
• • Officer: 2–7 years of experience

🔧 Technical Expertise Required

• Hands-on with HPLC, GC, LCMS, ICPMS & other QC instruments

• Experience with US FDA / EU regulatory compliance

• Analysis of formulation & stability samples (In-process / BU / CU / Assay / Dissolution / RS / OVI)

• RM/FP/SS, OOS/OOT handling, report writing, lab deviations

• Instrument software validation & 21 CFR understanding

• API, intermediate & raw material analysis

• GLP section knowledge, instrument qualification/calibration

• Method transfer, validation, cleaning validation, pharmacopoeia updates
