1. FORMULATION R&D (5 Positions – Executive/Sr Executive)
4-7 years | M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Sciences/Pharmaceutics)
– Lead formulation strategy & process selection
– Execute stability studies & tech transfer
– Implement QTPP, CQA, CPP, CMA & DOE methodologies

2. ANALYTICAL R&D (5 Positions – Sr Officer/Executive)
3-6 years | M.Pharm (Pharmaceutical Chemistry/Analysis) or MSc Chemistry
– Method development & validation expertise
– HPLC, Dissolution, Related substances analysis
– Advanced instrumentation: Malvern PSD, GC, UV-Vis

3. ANALYTICAL METHOD DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (1 Position)
10-15 years | M.Pharm or MSc Chemistry
– Lead scientific development for new analytical methods
– LC-MS-MS, Nitrosamine method development
– Strategic planning & team leadership

4. TECHNICAL DEVELOPMENT PROJECT MANAGER (2 Positions)
7-10 years | Master’s in Pharmacy/Chemistry
– End-to-end project management
– Stakeholder communication & risk mitigation
– Technology transfer expertise

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS (1 Position)
4-6 years | Post-graduate in Life Sciences
– Patent landscape analysis & drafting
– Non-infringement strategy development
– IP portfolio management
