Reports To: Quality Control Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Quality Control Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) Specialist to join our Quality Control team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in laboratory operations and information management, with a focus on maintaining and optimizing the LIMS to ensure accurate and efficient data management for our quality control processes.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain the Quality Control LIMS, including system configuration, customization, and troubleshooting.
2. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by implementing and enforcing LIMS data entry protocols and procedures.
3. Train and support laboratory personnel on LIMS usage, data entry, and reporting functionalities.
4. Develop and maintain LIMS documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials.
5. Generate reports, trends, and dashboards from LIMS data to support decision-making and quality control assessments.
6. Participate in internal and external audits to ensure LIMS compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
1.M.Sc or B.Pharm/M.pharm or related discipline.
2. Minimum of 2 to 6 years of experience working with LIMS in a quality control laboratory setting.
3. Strong knowledge of LIMS administration, configuration, and customization.
4. Proficiency in data management, data integrity, and data analysis.
5. Familiarity with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, cGMP) related to LIMS usage in a pharmaceutical industries.
6. Experience with laboratory operations and quality control testing methodologies& Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and adapt to changing.
