Job Description- IPQA

Monitoring all the shop floor activities in Core Area, Line Clearance & Packing Area.

Monitoring of work allocation at Compression stage and packing stage.

Ensure the effective implementation of proposed CAPAs.

Ensure the compliance of deviation.
Prepare process validation protocol and fill the process validation summary report.

Stage wise review of BMR &BPR at every stage of compression and packing.

Collect the process validation sample, micro sample, finished product sample, control
sample and stability sample.

Ensure all the documents related to batch under process are Online.

IPQA during packing and compression of tablets.

Withdrawal of Control Samples, Samples for analysis and samples for stability studies during
Packing stage.

Job Description- Documentation

Preparation and Issuance of BMR and BPR.

Preparation of MFR & APQR.

Reviewing of BPR & BMR. Preparation & Issuance of SOPs.

Issuance of Monthly Logbooks and formats.
