Job Description
Should have hands-on experience of Solid phase peptide synthesis and purification.
Should be able to lead and guide the team for synthesis and other routine laboratory work. Understand regulatory market expectation for synthetic/recombinant peptides.
Should be familiar with modern separation and analytical chemistry techniques.
Should have the knowledge of scale-up of solid phase peptide synthesis process.
Should have knowledge of interpretation of Peptide characterization data.

Having good understanding for R&D development and cross function activities.
Have good understanding for document preparation for R&D and allied activities.
To involve in scale-up batches and plant validation batches and execute experiments which are designed for trouble shooting of challenges faced during scale-up batches.
To follow safety rules in all operation going in lab and SOP’s compliance in the lab.
To maintain cleanliness of lab, lab chemicals management, take care of lab instruments and their proper use
To fulfil extra lab responsibilities allotted.

Job Description
- Synthesis & Characterization of Pharmacopeial and Non-Pharmacopeial impurities
- Expertise in Purification Techniques like Column Chromatography, Flash Chromatography, and Crystallization.
- Expertise in identification techniques using Mass, NMR, HPLC, GC, and IR.
- Proficient knowledge of Synthetic Organic Chemistry.
- Expertise in handling of various Cryogenic, Pyrophoric or Hazardous Chemicals.
- Literature search for Cost effective & viable route for synthesis of Impurities.
- Additional Lab responsibility/Safety and chemical management.
Required Qualification : MSc / PhD Chemistry
Experience : 4-8 Years in Chemical Research (Preferably from CRO or Impurity Synthesis)
