Roles and Responsibilities
1.Shall be responsible for Manufacturing activities for Oral Solids covering
Granulation, Compression, coating, Liquid manufacturing of General and Hormone blocks.
2.Responsible for maintaining the cGMP standards in the manufacturing areas, and warehouse as per CDSCO and WHO guidelines.
3.Responsible for production planning
4.Responsible for on line documentation activities in the manufacturing areas and warehouse.
5.Responsible for the cleaning and up-keepment of the manufacturing areas and warehouse.
6.Responsible for the training of the workman and maintain record
7.Responsible for maintaining the areas, equipments, documentation, cleanliness in the manufacturing areas.
8.Fill the deviation and generate CAPA when ever required
9.Responsible for preparation, updation and implementation of SOPs and maintain the records.
10.To appraise the management on daily basis by providing a daily report.
11.Shall be responsible for enhancing productivity and provide means for improving the same.
12.Shall be responsible for audit preparedness
13.Ensure that product yield is maintained within limit
14.Proper coordination with packing ,QA and Warehouse for proper flow of material
15.Work with QA for qualification activity of the equipment and process and cleaning validation
