1. Officer to Executive (Formulation and Development)

• Education: M.Pharma
• Experience: 3 to 7 years

Skills: Oral solids (tablets & capsules), oral liquids, external preparations, cosmetics, nutraceuticals, Master Formula Records, Batch Manufacturing Records, and Product Development Reports.

2. Sr. Executive to Manager (Formulation and Development)

• Education: M.Pharma
• Experience: 8 to 15 years

Skills: Formulation development (solids, liquids, cosmetics), process optimization, technology transfer to production, troubleshooting formulation issues, and scale-up operations.

3. Officer to Sr. Executive (Analytical Research and Development)

• Education: M.Pharma / M.Sc
• Experience: 3 to 7 years

Skills: Method validation, method development, stability analysis, FG analysis, Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), and operating instruments like HPLC, GC, UV-spectrophotometer, and IR.
