✅ Key Role Highlights:

We are looking for a dynamic QA professional to lead the entire QA function at our OSD manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate must:

🔸 Be currently working in a QA leadership role in an OSD unit

🔸 Have hands-on experience in handling USFDA/MHRA audits

🔸 Be well-versed in managing QA operations across tablets, capsules, and liquid dosage forms

🔸 Have proven ability to lead and mentor a team of 25–30 QA professionals

🔍 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Material & Product Release – Raw/Packing/F.G. release & COA review

✔ Documentation & SOPs – Review/approval of SOPs, BMRs, Protocols, Specs, STPs

✔ QMS & Compliance – Deviation, Change Control, CAPA, OOS/OOT, Regulatory Audits

✔ Risk Management & Training – QRM coordination, training oversight

✔ Cross-Functional QA Oversight – Vendor audits, new product/material introduction

✔ Team Leadership – Lead QA operations ensuring compliance & continuous improvement
