Roles and Responsiblities:
Dossier Preparation as per the current guidelines of the respective regulatory authorities (Type of Regulatory Market handled ROW). Dossier type – ACTD (ASEAN Countries) and CTD (Common Technical Documents).
Requesting DRF to respective Marketing persons
Reviewing of Dossiers
Handling of Client Queries by providing the supportive documents and to fulfill the gap analysis in dossiers
MOH Queries – Preparation of Response for the Queries received from EAC Countries like Tanzania, Uganda, Kenya, Zambia and Zimbabwe
Preparation and submission of documents as per the Variation guidelines. Region EAC Countries
Reimbursement of products fees paid for Registration, Retention, Plant Audit, B.E.
Requesting Legal documents like License, COPP and FSC
