Job Description:• * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Outlook * Basic Desktop troubleshooting * IE & Outlook troubleshooting * Windows 10 troubleshooting * Installation of Microsoft applications * Skype & O365 troubleshooting * Share point (Access Provisioning & Troubleshooting) * Folder Access * AD Account Management * Creation, Modification & Deletion of accounts * Password Reset * Account un-lock * Adding users to security group in AD * VPN troubleshooting * Killing Citrix sessions * Mailbox Management * Adding users to Mailing/Distribution list * Creation of mailboxes * Providing permission/access to generic mailbox * Remote troubleshooting. * HW troubleshooting & Break fix * Hands on experience on SNOW tool.
