Timings: 11:30AM to 1PM

Role: Customer service (Voice)

Experience: 0-4 years

Graduation: Any graduate (Except law)

Location: Hyderabad (Work from office)

Shifts: Flexible with any shift

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries and customers concern
• Provide support for data collection to enable Recovery of the account for end user.
• Maintain a deep understanding of client process and policies
• Reproduce customer issues and escalate product bugs
• Provide excellent customer service to our customers

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum qualifications

• Graduate (Any Discipline except law)
• Candidate should be able to Read/speak/comprehend in Hindi and English language

Preferred qualifications

• Effective probing skills and analyzing / understanding skills
• Analytical skills with customer centric approach
• You should be able to work on a flexible schedule (including weekend shift)
