JOB Description for senior position in LC-MS & LC-MSMS:

Responsible for Liquid chromatographic Mass spectroscopy method development and Different type of analysis in mass spectroscopy like in-process, Complete Analysis, absence studies, purging Studies etc,,.

Sound knowledge on the Qualification and Quantification analysis with Open lab and analyst software.

Working knowledge on the Agilent G6125D Model & Sciex 4500 model instruments.

Responsible for Analytical method validations by LC-MS & LC-MSMS, Need to prepare Protocol, Raw data and Reports & Handling of incidents.

Hands on Preparation of Specification and Method of analysis, method development reports.

Preparation and Execution of Standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Working knowledge on the Unknown peak identifications in the analytical test samples.

Working knowledge on genotoxic impurity cut off studies, Regulatory related works, Guideline updates.

Sound knowledge on Nitrosamines, NDSRIs and Leachable, Extractable.
