WALK IN INTERVIEW ON 08.03.2025 (SATURDAY)[For Engineering Department]

Education: Diploma Mechanical

Department: Engineering

Experience: 08 to 12 years

Candidates with experience in handling of Production and Packing machinery e.g. RMG, FBD,

Compression, Capsule filling, Blenders, Coating, Ointment filling machine, BQS, Rotovac 210v

Blister machines and Auto cartonator.

Responsibilities:

• Overall monitoring and maintenance of processing activities.
• New Equipments procurements and documents process like URS, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ.
• Handling and co-ordinate with external agencies like AMC venders, service engineers for plant process activities.
• Handling of break down maintenance and execution during operation and minimize down time.
• Preventive Maintenance planning and execution as per schedule.
• Troubleshooting of all electrical, electronic and mechanical equipments.
• Execution of works according to the Safety and Quality.
• Technical co-ordination for Facility and Equipment validation team.
• Manpower handling technician and CL
• Maintaining and monitoring of online cGMP document updating as per guide lines and SOP preparation and Review.
• Handling the QMS and DMS
• Handling and co-operate with external agencies like service, AMC, Calibration for all instruments and Validation PLCs and area.

Equipment’s Handled:

• Production Equipment’s: -RMG, FBD, OGB, PLM, Tube filling, all type of Compression machines,

Capsules filling machines and etc.

• Packing line Equipments: – (Rotovac 210v Blister Pack, BQS, Strip Pack, Auto Cartonator and etc.

• Automation: – (ABB, Siemens, Telemechanic, Omron, Allen Bradly and Mitsubishi).

Drives: (ABB, Telemechanic, Danfos, Delta, Allen Bradly and Mitsubishi)
