Job Description: (0-3) years

· Candidate must have good knowledge of the synthetic organic chemistry.
· Candidate should be willing to perform the Lab Experiments, documentation of experiments and observation.
· Interpretation of the analytical results and documentation of analytical result in analytical folder.
· Perform experimental trials for feasibility/optimization for designed RoS for API molecule.
· Document the experiments in laboratory note book (LNB) and the corresponding analytical results in data folder.
· Follow safety requirements (self and work place) during the product development.

Job Description: (6-10) years

· Candidate must have good knowledge of the synthetic organic chemistry.
· Perform literature search for the identified API molecule with regard to its route of synthesis, polymorph and analytical methods
· Perform experimental trials for feasibility/optimization for designed RoS for API molecule.
· Document the experiments in laboratory note book (LNB) and the corresponding analytical results in data folder.
· Design the RoS for synthesis of API, impurities, isolation/synthesis of impurities, reference standard.
· Develop the non-infringing synthetic process based on literature and raw material availability and polymorph studies.
· Plan the day to day activities for team members for feasibility studies, optimization and Lab validation.
· Optimize the feasible route and develop amiable process for scale-up.
· Coordination with ARD team for analytical activities like method development, in-process, reference standards qualification.
· Perform lab validation and preparation of technology transfer documents, development history report.
· Follow safety requirements (self and work place) during the product development.
