Operation of Ampoule / Vial washing (Macofar) and filling (ROTA) machine. / 3 piece filling machine (Groniger). / BFS filling machine/ Autoclave.

Conduct in-Process quality checks in Sterile Manufacturing, Sampling and line clearance activities, Monitor aspetic behaviours and adherence to GMP principle

Microbiology Analytical activities, QMS, Documentation & EM monitoring in Sterile Manufacturing facility.

5. Department: Quality Control.

• Qualification: B.Sc / M.Sc/ B. Pharm/ M. Pharm
• Required Experience in Pharmaceutical Industry : 4-8 Years of hands on relevant experience in regulated pharmaceutical industry.

REQUIRED FOR STERILE AREA :

Skill Set:

Stability, finished product & Method validation analysis / verification analysis hands on experience HPLC/UPLC/CPMS/GCMS/LCMS/ICPMS analysis and preference will be given to those who are handling Empower software. (i) LIMS Interface, Inst. Connectivity, LIMS Masters handling etc.(ii) Instrument Qualification, (IQ, OQ, PQ), CSV, Analytical Software Audit Trail, ER/ES, Risk Assessment etc. Finished product analysis (Eye drops , Injections analysis experience will be given preference)
