WALK IN INTERVIEW ON 05.08.2023 (SATURDAY)

- Education: BE Mechanical
- Department: Engineering
- Experience: 10 to 15 years
Candidates with experience in handling of utility machinery e.g. AHU, Dehumidifier, ventilation units, (HVAC) Dust collector and chilled loop water distribution system.
Responsibilities:
Overall monitoring and maintenance of processing activities.
Handling Existing/New projects like clean room area modification, Area qualification and documentation.
New equipments procurements and documents process like URS, FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ.
Project carried out and maintenance for process and monitoring system like 21 CFR part 11 regulatory requirements an on-line particle counter for filling, filtration and other areas, FAS, CCTV and Door interlock systems.
Handling and co-ordinate with external agencies like AMC venders, service engineers for plant process activities.
Handling of break down maintenance and execution during operation and minimize down time.
Preventive Maintenance planning and execution as per schedule.
Troubleshooting of all electrical, electronic and mechanical equipments.
Execution of works according to the Safety and Quality.
Technical co-ordination for Facility and Equipment validation team.
Manpower handling technician and engineers
Maintaining and monitoring of online cGMP document updating as per guide lines and SOP preparation and Review.
Maintaining and monitoring of online instrumentation systems, like-BMS, SCADA, FAS and CCTV systems.
Handling the QMS And DMS
Handling and co-operate with external agencies like service,AMC,Calibration for all instruments and Validation for AHUs, BMS, PLC’s and area.
Project carried out and maintains for process and monitoring system like temperature and humidity an on-line CFR part 11 for regulatory requirements and fire hydrant systems.
Regular co-ordination and follow up with Electricity Boards, Project Management, and Electrical Inspectorate.
Equipments handled.
- Production Equipments:-RMG, FBD, OGB, PLM,Tube filling, All type of Compression machines, Capsules filling machines and etc.
- Packing line Equipment’s:- (Rapid Pack, BQS, Strip Pack, Auto Cartonator and etc.
- Utility Equipments:- Electrical panel boards, On-line UPS, Boilers, Air Compressors, Water Treatment Plants and HVAC Systems etc..,
Automation: – (ABB, Siemens, Telemechanic, Omron, Allen Bradly and Mitsubishi).
Drives: – (ABB, Telemechanic, Danfos, Delta, Allen Bradly and Mitsubishi)
