We are currently hiring for Microbiologist at our Panvel location.

• Qualification: M.Sc – Microbiology
• Experience: 1 to 3 years in Pharma industry – Formulation division
• Job location: Kamothe, Panvel
• No of vacancy: 1 – Male candidate due to rotational shifts working

Role & responsibilities:

1.Implementation of SOP and maintain the record as suggested in SOP.

2.To perform activity as per SOP.

3.To carryout operation and calibration of instrument and maintain usage logbook.

4.To check the calibration tags or external calibration of instrument.

5.To check Cleaning and sanitization of Microbiology department.

6.To perform water sampling and testing as suggested in SOP.

7.To carryout microbiological testing of raw materials, finished product, stability and packing material.

8.To carryout microbiological testing and maintain record of cleaning validation samples (swab and rinse).

9.To carryout microbiological testing and maintain record of Drain sample, Compressed air sample

10.To prepare Penicillin enzyme solution and maintain record.

11.To enter all the analysis details in microbial limit test protocol and job allocation register.

12.To perform and maintain record of environmental monitoring of controlled areas by settle plate method and air sampler.

13.To perform and maintain records of Equipment/Instrument validation.

14.To carryout loading and unloading of autoclave.

15.To prepare and maintain records of media preparation, sterilization and disposal.

16.To carryout qualification, validation and calibration of equipment.

17.To maintain and preserve microbial culture and its record.

18.To perform temperature monitoring of equipment and room.

19.To adhere to good laboratory practices, good manufacturing practice and good documentation practice.

20.To carryout disinfectant efficacy testing of disinfectant and prepare disinfectant of required strength.

21.To carry out any Microbial testing as per protocol.

22.To handle activity in DMS, Nichelon software.

23.To perform activity in LIMS, E-complaint, E-schedule and Microsoft dynamic software

24.To Handle OOS.

25.Responsible for Updating any Pharmacopeial changes.

Role & responsibilities:

1.To carry out testing of Raw materials, in process, finished products, Stability samples, Hold time studies & All types of validation samples.

2.To adhere to Good Laboratory Practices, Good Manufacturing Practice and Good Documentation Practice.

3.To perform Analysis in software for Raw materials, in process, finished products, Stability samples, Hold time studies & All types of validation samples.

4.To perform Analysis in software for FTIR, UV-Vis & TOC.

5.To perform activity in software as per decision of HOD or Designee.

6.Is responsible for maintain usage log of instruments and Registers.

7.To ensure proper working of all the laboratory instrument and to carry out all necessary calibration as per schedule.

8.To ensure proper standardization of volumetric solutions, reagents etc. used for wet analysis.

9.To maintain record of Reference & Working standards for receipt, preparation and consumption.

10. Responsible for Updating any Pharmacopeial changes.

11.To have knowledge of all relevant SOPs and all relevant software.

12.To communicate with Production Department and Public Testing Labs.
