Key Job Description/Responsibilities
• Independently manage request for life cycle events of contractors across all the functions within Deloitte US offices.
• Managing requisitions of tasks on Onboarding, separations and extensions for contractors.
• Managing purchase orders/work orders and payment for vendors and contractors
• Deliver superior customer service and process improvements.
• Adherence to compliance, critical metrics and SLAs.
• Work towards achieving overall Core Talent Services and V&M goals by implementing strategies and supporting Talent Initiatives.
• Maintain a critical eye for the tools and resources necessary for smooth running of the business.
