𝗛𝗜𝗥𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗡𝗢𝗪 – 𝗦𝗘𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗥𝗬 𝗣𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗢𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗔𝗧𝗢𝗥𝗦

𝗣𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻: Oral Liquid – Secondary Packing

𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

• Set-up, operate and troubleshoot 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 & 𝗧𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗲 / 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 systems (cameras, printers, vision, aggregation).

• Run 𝗔𝘂𝘁𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗼𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿𝘀, case packers, labelers and tamper-evident sealers; perform changeovers and line clearance.

𝗠𝘂𝘀𝘁-𝗛𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲

✓ Hands-on experience with Track & Trace and Serialisation equipment.

✓ Proven ability to run or assist on Autocartonators.

✓ 2–8 years on secondary-packing lines in pharma.

𝗔𝗱𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗔𝗱𝘃𝗮𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗴𝗲

• Exposure to Oral-Liquid bottle filling, capping, induction sealing.

• Basic PLC or mechanical troubleshooting.

• Lean / 5S awareness.
