🔹 Education: B.E (Electrical / Instrumentation / IT) / BCA / MCA
📝 Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain site policies, procedures, and documentation aligned with Quality standards.
- Plan, execute, and review validation protocols for software applications and computer systems.
- Ensure smooth functioning of IT systems including network infrastructure, servers, and security.
- Lead and manage IT team operations including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Collaborate with Corporate IT, Site IT, and Quality teams to ensure system compliance.
- Provide training on computer system policies, SOPs, and regulatory standards.
- Ensure adherence to FDA 21 CFR Part 11 and other regulatory guidelines.
- Manage IT infrastructure including data centers and network systems.
- Implement backup and disaster recovery plans.
- Maintain software licenses and installation media.
- Conduct monthly reviews of site annexures and reporting.
- Administer applications for QC and Manufacturing departments.
- Enforce desktop policy and ensure compliance.
