Production Officer / Executive – OSD (Hyderabad Plant)

• Candidate Requirement (Ideal Profile)
• Position: Production Officer / Executive / Sr. Executive – OSD Manufacturing
• Location”Hyderabad (OSD Plant)
• Qualification” B.Pharm / M.Pharm only

Minimum GMP training exposure required

Experience: 2 to 5 years experience in OSD Production (Tablet/Capsule)

Exposure to regulated / WHO-GMP compliant plant preferred

Technical Skills Required (Must Have)

OSD Manufacturing Operations

Dispensing / Sifting / Milling

Dry mixing / Wet granulation

Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD) operation

Blending and lubrication

Compression (Tablet punching)

Coating (Film coating / Aqueous coating)

Capsule filling (if applicable)

Equipment Handling

Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG)

FBD / FBP

Multi-mill / Co-mill

Blender / Octagonal blender / Bin blender

Compression machine (Fette / Cadmach / Sejong etc.)

Coating machine (Auto coater)

Process Knowledge

In-process control parameters (IPC)

Yield reconciliation and loss control

Troubleshooting of compression / coating issues

Changeover and line clearance

Preventive maintenance coordination with Engineering

GMP & Compliance Knowledge

WHO-GMP / Schedule M compliance

Deviation handling and investigation support

CAPA implementation support

Batch manufacturing as per BMR/BPR

Data integrity awareness (ALCOA+)

Handling of audit queries and observations

Documentation Skills (Very Important)

BMR / BPR filling without errors

Equipment logbook entries (usage, cleaning, calibration status)
Online documentation compliance

SOP preparation/review support
Format revisions and process flow record preparation
Strong control on documentation errors and GDP compliance
Communication Skills
Clear communication with QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering
Good coordination with operators and shift staff
Reporting capability to Production Manager/Head
