1.Manufacturing – Experience Operators

Experience: 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing injectables.

Qualification: Any Diploma/B.Sc.

Skills: Operate production equipment such as Vial Filling, Washing, Capping, Sealing, Compounding, Terminal sterilization, Stopper process. Adherence to GMP guidelines and experience in a USFDA regulatory environment.

2,Manufacturing Compliances Roles

Experience: M. Pharmacy with 6 to 10 Years / B. Pharmacy with 8 to 12 Years of experience.

Skills: Expertise in QMS (Quality Management System) like Risk Management, Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, investigation, Audit inspections Compliance & Document control. Must have experience in manufacturing injectables with USFDA regulatory environment.

3.Manufacturing – Supervisors

Experience: M. Pharmacy/MSc (Full time) with 6 to 10 Years (or) B. Pharmacy with 8 to 12 Years of relevant experience.

Skills: Experience in Manufacturing (Upstream/Downstream) injectables with strong people management experience in a regulated (USFDA) manufacturing operations environment. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Working knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP).

4.Manufacturing – Senior Equipment Specialists (SES) (Visual Inspection) Roles

Experience: Diploma Mechanical with 8 to 10 Years / B.Tech Mechanical with 6 to 8 years of relevant experience.

Skills: Pharma Injectables Equipment Maintenance like Preventive & corrective actions, developing and executing equipment reliability plans. Maintains up-to-date records on equipment-related losses.
