• Qualification: M.Pharmacy with 6 to 10 Years (or)
• B.Pharmacy with 8 to 12 Years

Job description:

Manage projects and set objectives, leading people, technology, and financial resources.

Identify and develop innovative process or product improvements, taking calculated risks to achieve results.

Solve complex problems, leveraging experience from various areas as needed.

Manage the performance of direct and indirect reports, supporting team objectives and providing input to senior management.

Partner with leadership to achieve objectives and manage teams, ensuring regulatory compliance and adherence to SOPs and cGMP requirements.

Develop and manage a team of process technicians, optimizing facilities and equipment, and leading the implementation of Lean Tools.

Support the development of SMART Objectives, participate in best practice sharing programs, and manage the performance and training of shift colleagues and contingent staff.

relevant Experience in Manufacturing (Packing & Visual Inspection) injectables with Strong people management experience in a regulated (USFDA)manufacturing operations environment.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

A working knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) manufacturing operations & Strong decision-making capability.
