JOB DESCRIPTION
1.Overseeing the production process, drawing up a production schedule.
2.Ensuring that the production is cost effective.
3.Making sure that products are produced on time and are of good quality.
4.Working out the human and material needed.
5.Drafting a timescale for the job.
6.Estimating the cost and setting the quality standard.
7.Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedule as needed.
8.Liaise among different departments, suppliers, Managers- QA, QC, Stores and Maintenance.
9.Working with managers to implement the company’s policies and goals.
10.Supervising and motivating the team of workers.
11.Reviewing workers performance.
12.Identifying training needs.
13.In Absence of site head deputy person handle the above responsibility.
14.Perform investigation against the QMS initiated.
15.Perform validation activity.
16.Perform Qualification and ensuring equipment maintenance.
QUALIFICATIONS
B E Chemical/ M.Sc./ Ph.D/ B.Sc. / B.Pharm/ M.Pharm with relevant experience in Peptide manufacturing unit.
