Manage the entire order cycle so as to enhance business development and ensure sustainability and customer satisfaction.
Outcomes and KPIs
Timely order entry, as per company policy, dispatch of stocks, tracking and deposit. Settlement of genuine claims of BA. Tracking & delivery of consignments in time
