1. Technology Scouting:

Research and identify emerging, innovative technologies across a wide range of medical segments (oncology, cardiology, neurology, dermatology, etc.) through market analysis, scientific literature, industry reports, patents, and clinical trials.

2. Evaluation and Feasibility:

Assess the clinical and commercial viability of new technologies by reviewing scientific data, clinical validation results, regulatory pathways, and market potential. Evaluate the technologies readiness for healthcare application.

3. Collaboration and Communication:

Engage with international companies, startups, and academic institutions to discuss potential collaborations. Organize, follow up on, and document meetings, calls, and emails to track progress and ensure timely outcomes on partnerships, licensing agreements, and technology assessments.

4. Trend Analysis:

Use data analytics to monitor and predict trends in medical technologies, forecasting how innovations may influence various healthcare sectors and patient care over the long term.

5. Reporting and Documentation:

Maintain organized records of research, collaborations, and technology evaluations. Prepare concise, structured reports and presentations for internal stakeholders, leadership, and external partners.
