Skilled professionals with experience in OSD manufacturing operations across:
- Compression

Key Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing processes for solid dosage forms with precision
- Operate & maintain equipment like granulators, blenders, compression & coating machines
- Ensure strict adherence to cGMP, SOPs & safety standards
- Perform in-process checks & maintain accurate batch documentation
- Troubleshoot equipment/process issues to minimize downtime
- Support audits, validations & continuous improvement initiatives
Who Can Apply?
- ITI / D.Pharm / B.Sc
- Relevant experience in Pharma Manufacturing (OSD)
- Strong understanding of cGMP & shop-floor practices

Who We are Looking For
- 4–8 years of experience in pharmaceutical packing
- Exposure to Solid & Semi-solid dosage forms
- Hands-on experience in blister / bottle / cartoning lines
Key Responsibilities
- Operate and manage primary & secondary packing machines independently
- Perform machine setup, changeovers & adjustments as per BPR/SOPs
- Ensure high output with minimal rejection & downtime
- Troubleshoot routine issues & coordinate with maintenance teams
- Maintain strict cGMP, GDP & data integrity compliance
- Handle line clearance, reconciliation & documentation
- Support audits, inspections & continuous improvement initiatives
- Guide team members and ensure smooth shift operations
