We are Looking For
- 2–5 years of experience in Pharma Warehouse
- Exposure to Solid / Semi-solid / Liquid Oral dosage forms
- Hands-on experience in inventory & material handling operations
Key Responsibilities
- Manage receipt, storage & issuance of RM, PM & Finished Goods
- Ensure proper storage as per FEFO/FIFO & environmental conditions
- Maintain accurate inventory records & stock reconciliation
- Handle GRN, batch traceability & dispatch documentation
- Ensure proper segregation (Quarantine, Approved, Rejected, etc.)
- Monitor temperature, humidity & warehouse conditions
- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC & Logistics teams
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP & regulatory requirements
Technical Expertise
- Working knowledge of SAP / WMS / Inventory Systems
- Strong understanding of GMP, GDP, GWP practices
- Experience in documentation & audit readiness
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy / Science / Commerce or related field

We are Looking For
- 3–8 years of experience in Pharma Engineering
- Exposure to manufacturing plant operations & utilities
- Hands-on experience in maintenance & equipment reliability
Key Responsibilities
- Execute preventive & breakdown maintenance across plant and utility equipment
- Ensure smooth functioning of HVAC, water systems, electrical & instrumentation
- Monitor and maintain utilities (AHU, Chillers, Boilers, WTP/RO/ETP systems)
- Troubleshoot equipment issues to minimize downtime and improve efficiency
- Support calibration, qualification & validation activities
- Maintain proper logbooks, documentation & compliance records
- Ensure adherence to cGMP, safety & engineering SOPs
- Participate in continuous improvement & energy optimization initiatives
Technical Expertise
- Strong knowledge of plant maintenance & utilities systems
- Experience in electrical panels, PLCs, instrumentation & automation
- Understanding of HVAC systems & cleanroom environments
- Exposure to regulated pharma plant operations preferred
