Key responsibilities:
Verifying the line modifications against approved P&ID
Coordinating for closure of pre-production documents and supporting TAT for speeding the activities
Ensuring the complete readiness before start-up of the batch follow-ups and coordination
Batch monitoring:
Ensure full coverage 24 X 7; three shifts operations
Ensure readiness of equipment for subsequent operations
Report abnormalities process, mis-operations, facilities issues, delays against standard BCT
Support documentations works to move batches justification reports
Collate and compare impurity profiles and mass balances report to R&D after every shifts.
Support PE in collating the data from executed BPRs, qualification documents, etc.
