Key responsibilities & skills
Scale up new molecules (NCE) from R&D to commercial scale through pilot plant.
✓ Observe demo batches in lab, generate the data from lab study and identify critical parameters to develop scale-up process.
✓ Review/prepare scale-up document and coordinate effectively with various CFT departments to absorb the technology from lab to plant.
✓ Analyze the initial scale-up batches critically & debottleneck the problems faced in the plant
