- Selection Process: The selection will be on the basis of Interview.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Review and approve of cleaning method validation, analytical method validation, process validation protocol and report, ensuring the compliance,
- Review and approve of stability study protocol and report.
- Review and approve technology transfer protocol and report.
- Review and approve quality control SOPs and its compliance.
- Preparation, compilation and review of various documents for regulatory submission. To review and approve analytical documents. e.g. In-process, finished product in-line with current specification and MOA. Review and approve of URS, DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ documents of QC instruments.
- To ensure the QC instruments yearly calibration plan and preventive maintence plan compliance.
- To evaluate OOS, OOT, lab deviation and lab incident.
- To assist in risk assessment and CAPA management in QC lab.
- To assist and evaluate the change control related to QC lab.
- To assisting the QA in auditing of QC laboratory.
- To review electronic data generated by instruments (if required)
- To review and approve analyst validation protocol and report.
- To review and approve of In-process, finished product and stability sample analysis report with audit trail.
