Shantha Biologics is looking for skilled and experienced professionals to join our team as Warehouse Executive / Senior Executive.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage daily warehouse operations and inventory activities.
2. Process Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and receive materials.
3. Ensure proper material handling, dispensing, and issuance.
4. Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.
5. Maintain warehouse documentation in compliance with GMP guidelines.
6. Operate ERP/SAP systems and MS Excel for inventory tracking and reporting.
Candidate Requirements:
1. Qualification: Any Graduate (Science background preferred).
2. Experience: 4–8 years in the Pharma/Biotech industry.
3. Good knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and GMP documentation.
4. Hands-on experience with ERP/SAP and MS Excel.
