Position- Executive / Senior Executive
Experience – 4 to 6 years
Qualification – B.Pharma/ M Pharma / Msc
Job Description –
1.Review and approval of the analytical specifications, Standard test procedures and Template inline with the current pharmacopoeias.
2.Review & approval of analytical reports & COA of Raw material, packing material, water, Inprocess, finished product, stability, validation, and calibration reports etc. generated in laboratory.
3.Review and approval of method validation & verification protocols & reports.
4.Review of the QMS documents change control, deviations, incidents, laboratory incidents, OOS & responsible to design effective CAPA and implementation.
5.Responsible for preparation, review and approval of Standard Operating Procedures.
6.Review of audit trial.
7.Complying with cGMP, cGLP and Good Documentation Practice (GDP).
8.Conduct risk assessment and enforce SOPs.
9.Responsible to conduct laboratory rounds.
10.Ensuring that procedures are carried out carefully and accurately to eliminate the errors.
11.Ensure integrity of data at workplace.

Shilpa Medicare is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Purchase Executive with proven experience in sourcing and procurement of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials specifically for OSD and Injectable formulations.
🛠️ Roles and Responsibilities:
🔹 Procurement & Sourcing
Source APIs, excipients, and packaging materials (domestic & international)
Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers
Manage and track purchase orders (POs)
Conduct market analysis for cost optimization
Ensure all procurement complies with cGMP and regulatory standards
🔹 Vendor & Inventory Management
Develop and maintain supplier relationships
Monitor supplier performance
Coordinate with production to maintain optimal inventory
Resolve shipment, quality, or delivery issues
🔹 Cross-functional Coordination
Collaborate with QA, QC, and Production teams
Maintain accurate procurement records for audits
🎓 Qualifications & Skills 🎓
Education:Bachelor’s/Master’s in Pharmacy, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
Experience:2–5 years in pharma procurement (must have OSD & Injectable experience)
Technical Knowledge of below:
* Strong understanding of APIs, excipients, and packaging materials
* Familiarity with cGMP guidelines and pharmaceutical regulations
* ERP systems (SAP preferred), MS Excel proficiency
Core Competencies:
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to handle cross-functional coordination efficiently.
