Roles & Responsibilities
1. Regulatory guidelines updates review and follow-up for implementation.
2. Close Monitoring of Warehouse and OSD department activities.
3. Ensuring the technical review of Hold time validations, Process validations and Equipment qualification documents whenever required.
4. Support for the preparation of Quality risk management of the process equipments.
5. Conduct quality internal audits and compliance audits.
6. Necessary support for the audits and compliance.
7. Follow-up for the compliance activities against to observations.
8. Collection of necessary documents from the cross functional teams for audit compliance.
9. Responsible for preparation / review of Standard Operating Procedures required for the
continual improvement and implementation of the same.
10. Handling of Quality management system activities like Change controls, Deviations,
Incidents, CAPA based on requirement.
11. To provide trainings on Good manufacturing practices (CGMP), Good documentation
practices etc
12. To perform any other activities as assigned by Department head.
