Role & responsibilities
- Synthesis of organic compounds using standard laboratory technique
- Reaction monitoring using TLC, HPLC, GC
- Purification using column chromatography, recrystallization, distillation
- Characterization using NMR, IR, MS, UV
- Documentation of experiments in lab notebooks (GLPcompliant)
- Literature review and protocol understanding
- Assisting senior scientists in method development and optimization
Preferred candidate profile
- M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from a recognized university
- 0-3 years of relevant experience in R&D laboratories
