Are you detail-oriented and experienced in pharma warehouse operations with hands-on exposure to QMS activities?

We are looking for committed professionals to support our warehouse and quality systems team!

📌 Position: Warehouse Executive – QMS

👤 Experience: 2 to 5 Years

📚 Qualification: D.Pharm / B.Pharm / B.Sc / Any relevant science or logistics background

🏢 Department: Warehouse / Supply Chain – QMS Compliance

📍 Location: Pudupakkam, Kelambakkam – Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Key Skills Required:

1. QMS processes – change control, deviation handling, CAPA, logbook updates, and documentation

2. GMP-compliant warehouse practices

3. Good Documentation Practices (GDP) and SOP adherence

4. Logbook maintenance in compliance with ALCOA+ principles

5. Experience in pharmaceutical material handling – RM, PM, dispensing

6. Familiarity with regulatory audit requirements – WHO, USFDA, MHRA

7. Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (e.g., SAP)

8. Understanding of FIFO/FEFO, batch traceability, and material status labeling

Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update QMS documentation within the warehouse

2. Ensure accurate logbook entries and documentation control as per SOPs

3. Support QA/QMS in handling deviations, change controls, CAPAs

4. Coordinate with QC/QA for sampling, release, and storage compliance

5. Oversee proper material segregation, temperature control, and storage practices

6. Assist in audit preparation and ensure warehouse readiness

7. Participate in SOP creation and revision related to warehouse functions
