Stanford Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is looking for motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our Development Quality Assurance (DQA) team.

💼 Position

👉 Research Associate / Sr. Research Associate – DQA
📍 Location: Mehatpur, Una (H.P.)
🏭 Industry: Pharmaceutical Manufacturing

🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Support DQA activities related to pharmaceutical product development and manufacturing processes.
• Review and ensure compliance of development and technical documentation with applicable quality standards.
• Review development protocols, reports, specifications, analytical data and validation documents.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, SOPs and data integrity requirements.
• Coordinate with F&D, Analytical R&D, QC, Production and Regulatory Affairs teams.
• Review and monitor deviations, change controls, CAPA and investigation reports related to development activities.
• Support process validation, cleaning validation, technology transfer and scale-up activities from a quality perspective.
• Participate in review and approval of development batches, stability protocols/reports and technical documents.
• Support preparation and review of documentation for regulatory submissions and audits.
• Ensure timely closure of quality-related observations and maintain audit readiness.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of quality systems and development processes.

🎯 Candidate Profile

✅ B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc. or relevant pharmaceutical qualification
✅ Relevant experience in DQA / QA / Pharmaceutical R&D Quality Assurance
✅ Good understanding of GMP, GLP, GDP and Data Integrity
✅ Experience in review of development and technical documentation
✅ Exposure to deviation, CAPA, change control and investigation processes
✅ Knowledge of process validation, technology transfer and stability will be an advantage
✅ Strong documentation, analytical and cross-functional coordination skills
