Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Machine operator
Machine operators take care of all machine-specific functions such as configuring the equipment, loading and operating the machines, and optimizing the machine capability. They need to ensure that the machine works at its full capacity, oversee its maintenance, and perform timely quality checks
- Quality Inspector
A quality inspector monitors the quality of incoming and outgoing products or materials for a company. Also known as quality control inspector, they are tasked with conducting tests, analyzing measurements, and overseeing production processes. They work in assembly lines or production departments
- Maintenance
Conduct preventive maintenance to mechanical devices ,Detect malfunctions through observation (sound or visual) ,Run diagnostic tests to ensure system functionality, Repair broken or faulty machine parts, Perform emergency repairs, Choose appropriate materials based on mechanical needs, Align and calibrate machine parts, Monitor and report on project progress, Follow safety rules and regulations, Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Tool room
Responsible for proper upkeep and maintenance of Tools & Instrumentation systems to minimize production loss and production downtime and to promote efficiency
