- Education UG: B.Pharma in Any Specialization, B.Sc in Any Specialization, B.Tech / B.E. in Chemical PG: MS/M.Sc(Science) in Bio-Chemistry, Chemistry-4 – 9 years
Quality Control (Micro)
- Prepare the documents of Specification, MOA and general SOPs applicable to Microbiology section.
- Operation of autoclave for media & glass ware sterilization record.
- Handling of environment monitoring by settle plates, contact plates & air sampler record.
- Analysis of Water, Raw Material, In process and Finished Product for Microbiology.
- Prepare the Water analysis and Environment monitoring trend chart.
- BET Validation of finished product. (Gel Clot method / KTA method)
- Responsible for operation and calibration of Heating block, Micropipette, PH meter,incubators, TOC & mapping of instrument.
- MLT method validation and analysis for finished Products & Raw Materials.
- Responsible for Validation of Autoclave & DHS with documentation.
- Responsible for Media Fill Validation testing related activities.
- Microbial limit test of finished products & Raw materials.
Quality Control (Chemical)
- Responsible for performing Analysis and Review of Raw Material, Packaging Material, In-Process and Finish Product and Stability Samples.
- Responsible for preparation and review of documents like Specifications, Method of Analysis and Analytical Test Data Sheet from initiation to till implementation.
- Responsible for Qualification execution of New Instruments.
- Responsible for Preparation and Review of SOP.
- Responsible for Method Validation, Method Verification and Method Transfer execution activity.
- Having Handling Experience of Instrument HPLC, GC, UV, FTIR, Polarimeter, Refractometer, Karl-Fischer, Potentiometer, Gel Station, Nanodrop Analyzer and all other Laboratory supportive Instruments.
Downstream (Production)
- Operate fermentation Downstream equipments from initiation through scale-up and production in shift operations.
- Develop, optimize, and execute fermentation Downstream processes for pharmaceutical production.
- Analyse process data to improve yield, efficiency, and product quality.
- Operate and monitor Filter press. Cross flow filters, spray dryer & other auxiliary equipment in automated environment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain all DSP equipment in continuous operating status.
- Perform online documentation of activities as per SOP, MPCR, and BPCR.
