The candidate will be engaged in resolving L1 only technical queries and basic troubleshooting for international clients by connecting with them on call, email, remote and resolving issues like login, application installation, password locked, etc.
Excellent English Communication is a must.
· Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills
· Should have knowledge on basic desktop issues, printer installations, Active Directory, Exchange, Hardware issues, Wireless issues.
· Willingness to work in any shifts including night shifts
· Accountable to answer customer requests and assisting customer either by email/chat or over the phone
· Should be flexible for voice support
Eligibility Criteria:
• Qualification: Any graduate or Post graduate.
• Experience Range: 1 to 4 Years relevant experience in desired skills.
• Should have good technical skill.
• Comfortable working in BPS/BPO payroll and grade.
• Candidates with gaps in education or employment of more than 2 years are requested not to apply.
