Roles and Responsibilities
This Investigation Head position will report to QA head at site for sterile manufacturing. Person should have experience in Quality system for sterile manufacturing and sterility assurance. Person should have thorough knowledge and understanding of investigation process. Person should have exposure to Regulatory Inspection.
This Role will have following responsibilities but not limited to:
- Responsible for Management of Process Deviation Investigation
- Responsible for Management of OOS/OOT Investigation
- Responsible for Management of Market complaint Investigation
- Responsible for Management of Chemical Laboratory Investigation
- Responsible for Management of Facility and equipment Investigation
- Responsible for Management of Investigator certification program
- All COE activities at Site
- Any other activities associated with this role
